Check Out The Biggest Price Drops In the Vultures™ Database

Welcome to the Biggest Price Drops being tracked in the Vultures™ Database, a proprietary tool developed by Condo Vultures™ LLC to gauge the South Florida real estate market on a realtime basis.

The residential properties presented here have all been slashed in price by at least 35 percent and are currently available. Please note this list reflects only a portion of the Vultures™ Database, which is actively tracking more than 5,100 condos, townhouses, and single-family houses in South Florida that are located east of I-95.

Everyday our researchers scour for local opportunities where sellers have slashed their asking price by at least 10 percent or $100,000 and/or languished on the market for at least 100 days. We know of no better way to quickly and efficiently identify vulnerable sellers who are willing to negotiate down on their price.

We encourage you to try our Vultures™ Database. You can quickly sort the results by clicking the up or down selectors at the top of each column.

If you want to get a bit more sophisticated, try to "filter" the results. To do so, click on the magnifying glass in the header or footer, then select the column you want to filter, and finally type in the value you would like to filter on. The results should appear before your eyes.

For Example: Select "City"; type "Coral Gables"; click the magnifying glass again. You will see only listings in Coral Gables.

To print a copy of the customized list, click on the "File" menu of your browser in the upper left hand corner, and then select "Print."

If you would like more specific information about a particular city or price range, we encourage you to click on the button “Have an Agent Contact Me” and complete the Internet inquiry.
